Lasse Lindgren Constellations as a concept was formed in 2001. Members are individual, original soloists and ensemble musicians with the highest of aspirations to be part of a creative synergy.

Most of the members in this constellation have their Mediterranean roots in Croatia. They have played together since they were young. This makes the band more like a musical family, built on friendship, love and joy for the music. It gives a unique source of warm explosive energy, hot passion and total dedication for the music and performance.

The leadership and inspiration from Lasse gives the band a wonderful source of dynamic energy. An unpredictable musical explosion!

Lasse Lindgren has his own strong musical voice, wich originates from his Scandinavian ”bluesy” roots, tunged with the heritage of Maynard Ferguson, Miles Davis, and Dizzy Gillespie. Like both Ferguson and Gillespie, Lasse invites humor, joy and festive dance steps, but above all a trumpet fireworks, timing and swing of rare occasions. In short: Big Band Jazz at its very Best
