Large Tenor CUP Mute

A new original Ullvén CUP mute for Large Tenor trombone with 8-81/2 ” Bell.

This mute has an open freeblowing sound and plays perfectly in all registers, even from low G and down.

​

The cup is adjustable and removable to fit your instrument and allows you to change the sound a bit if needed or desired.

It can be all from a tight-cup soft and warm to an open bright crispy sound rich in overtones.

The straight part alone, without the cup, works brilliantly as a Straight mute.
